To bid farewell to 2025, we have planned an elegant and sparkling evening.
Two tasting menus dedicated to lovers of seafood and meat dishes,
a picture-perfect view of the bay illuminated by fireworks, and a DJ set that will keep you dancing past midnight.

The 2025 New Year’s Eve dinner at the Sky Rooftop Bar & Restaurant of the Hotel Continental in Taormina offers you two ways to enjoy an unforgettable night overlooking the bay: participate in the dinner by reservation or join the post-dinner celebrations to toast the New Year together.
Those who choose the dinner option will be welcomed with an aperitif and will enjoy an exclusive gastronomic journey with a choice of seafood or meat menus, all accompanied by an engaging DJ set that will provide the soundtrack to the evening and celebrations until late at night, with a midnight toast, lentils and cotechino sausage to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
For those who prefer to get straight into the party, it is possible to join the after-dinner party to celebrate the arrival of the new year with music, views and a cocktail bar.
There are two options available:
Standard: admission with drink included, no table guaranteed.
Exclusive: guaranteed table on the terrace with a bottle of champagne, lentils and cotechino.
The cocktail bar will be open throughout the evening with a selection of drinks.
Admission to the dinner is by reservation only and must be made by 20 December 2025.
Places for the after-dinner party are limited and subject to availability.

- Soft-yolk quail egg in panko on a nest of julienned vegetables with Piacentinu Ennese fondue
